MANÜ Telehealth provides telehealth consultations, prescription services, and wellness programs, including but not limited to weight loss programs utilizing GLP-1 medications, compounded prescription medications, and related healthcare services (“Services”).
Our Services facilitate connections between patients and licensed healthcare providers. MANÜ Telehealth is not a licensed medical provider and does not practice medicine. All medical decisions, diagnoses, and prescriptions are made solely by independent licensed healthcare professionals.
MANÜ Telehealth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice or liability to you.
All prices displayed on our website or application are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and fulfilled, except as described below.
In the event of a pricing error — including but not limited to typographical errors, system errors, errors resulting from software bugs or misconfigurations, or unauthorized discount codes — we reserve the right to cancel or correct any affected orders, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been collected.

Subscription prices are subject to change. We will provide advance notice of any price changes. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@manutelehealth.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
All sales are final unless a cancellation is initiated by MANÜ Telehealth as described above, or as otherwise required by applicable law. Because our Services involve clinical review, prescription fulfillment, and third-party healthcare providers, we are generally unable to offer refunds once services have been rendered or medications have been dispensed.

Telehealth consultations facilitated through MANÜ Telehealth are conducted by independent, licensed healthcare providers. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. They are not FDA-approved drugs and individual results may vary. MANÜ Telehealth makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any medication for your specific condition.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security at info@manutelehealth.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect unauthorized use, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
All content on our website and application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MANÜ Telehealth or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MANÜ Telehealth, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to MANÜ Telehealth in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MANÜ Telehealth and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved informally, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Rest assured, all patient information will be safeguarded in accordance with governing HIPAA rules and regulations. It's important to note that MANÜ Telehealth is not an internet pharmacy and does not dispense, ship, or distribute medications from our facility or website. Any and all medication prescribed by our doctors and/or associated medical professionals will be dispensed exclusively from a US 503A Pharmacy. All patients are expected to adhere to and follow all medical instructions and procedures provided by our doctors and should promptly contact us if they encounter any issues. Patients who are found to have submitted fraudulent information will be disqualified from participating in any health program offered by MANÜ Telehealth. Remember, any medication prescribed is solely intended for the patient's use and must not be transferred, distributed, modified, or used by any other individual(s).
